We helped transform this weather beaten coastal property into a vibrant, modern home through a custom home renovation. The home owners wanted to breathe new life into their family property by introducing new materials and a glamorous design aesthetic suited to their coastal location in Falcon. We were able to create a fresh new look inside the property using modern materials such as natural stone and American Oak flooring, continuing onto the outside where we used Scyon Linea Weatherboard and exposed aggregate on the external paths and driveways.

One of the stand out features of this renovation project (aside from its spectacular coastal views) was the natural hand laid stone around the retaining walls, as well as the fireplace and chimney that are both central in creating a comfortable, cosy and functional living room. One of the biggest challenges of the project was performing a full renovation without undertaking a complete rebuild, and upon completion our clients were wrapped with the new look and feel of their coastal property which are they are now enjoying more than ever.
