Take a look at our second storey addition, which helped transform this Nedlands property into a residence of chic sophistication and style for both its residents and visiting guests. When we received the initial design brief from our clients, there was a clear directive to introduce a second storey with an array of luxurious elements throughout the home, giving it a high-end luxury feel that you typically experience when staying in an upmarket hotel. The motivation for this came from the residents wanting to create a welcoming environment for visiting overseas guests within a luxury setting.

The entire project was completed using our exclusive modular construction process, with the second storey being built and assembled off-site in our Cockburn construction yard, then installed on-site at a later date. The efficiency of the modular process meant that our construction team were onsite for just 3 months, as opposed to 12 months, a huge saving in both time and money.

One of our favourite features of this classy Nedlands property was the unique ceiling work carried out using bulkheads and recessed lighting which helped to create a notable sense of prestige and opulence. We were also huge fans of the open ensuite and walk-in robe which boasts an elegant entrance into the wet area of the master bedroom, in a setting fit for royalty.
