This Bicton family were fast outgrowing their existing 3x1 home, and really wanted to add a luxurious master suite and give the front of the home a new look. The main challenge on this project was the extension was built during the COVID stimulus and building grant boom. Regardless, Nexus delivered in time and on budget without any cost or time blowouts. The overall time on site was just 6 weeks!
