This Nedlands family were experiencing a cramped living arrangement prior to our modular second storey addition. The project utilised premium Scyon Linea weatherboard to create a kids upper floor wing featuring 3 new bedrooms with study nooks overlooking the pool and tennis court, and a makeup bench for the girls. The overall time on site was just 6 weeks!
