This luxury cottage renovation in Victoria Park was designed for a growing family seeking more space and improved functionality within their existing home. Rather than relocate, they chose to transform and expand, creating a home that now supports both everyday living and long term lifestyle goals.

The project centred around a substantial upper floor addition, built on site in timber frame and carefully integrated with the original cottage. The expanded layout delivers generous new living zones, including a dedicated theatre room designed for the whole family to enjoy.

Externally, the renovation was complemented by the addition of a lap pool complete with a swimming lane jet pump. Inside, a custom luxury kitchen anchors the heart of the home, thoughtfully designed to combine high end finishes with everyday practicality. With a total construction period of 18 months on site, the result is a refined and highly personalised residence that balances character charm with contemporary comfort.
